This site exists because we believe the best first step toward the right neighborhood is a genuinely useful local resource, built by people who actually know the streets. We are Paul and Chris, and we would love to help.

Why we built this site

Every week, buyers arrive in the Bethany and Oak Hills area with the same questions: which school boundary is this house really in, how bad is the commute to Nike or Intel, is a 1960s home a good idea, and what does Bethany construction actually cost these days? The answers change, and they matter.

So we wrote the guide we wished existed: honest, current, local, and free. It is not a listing site and it is not a sales pitch. When you are ready to take the next step, we are the team to do it with, and when you are not ready, the guide still helps.
