An old-fashioned hand-cranked cider pressing with free samples, hosted by Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District at the historic Young House along Cedar Mill Creek, just north of Bethany.

Weekly Baby, Toddler, Family, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin and inclusive storytimes at the Main Library (12375 SW Fifth St) and the Murray Scholls Branch (11200 SW Murray Scholls Pl), plus LEGO Time and other family programs. Themes and session dates rotate, so check the calendar.

Spring
The HOA hosts an annual egg hunt for kids in the neighborhood.
July 4 each summer
A community tradition at the Oak Hills Recreation Center: fun run and walk in the morning, a parade, breakfast and food carts, and fireworks over the neighborhood in the evening.
October
A neighborhood Halloween gathering hosted by the HOA for families.
December
Holiday gatherings and events posted to the HOA calendar each December.
July and August
Three evening concerts with vendors and food under the lights at Bethany Village, held each summer.
