It is roughly 63 acres of lawn and open space wrapped around a 10-acre lake, with a short paved loop trail, a fishing dock, a community garden, and kayaking and birdwatching right off the neighborhood streets.
It is the kind of amenity families actually use: morning walks before school, evening loops after dinner, and a ready-made fishing lesson on a Saturday. The Rock Creek Trail connects through the area, so a longer ride or run is never far away.
